Strategy based on hard facts

Robert Mazur has been involved in business diplomacy since March 2016. He doesn't throw empty slogans about success. He focuses on ensuring that an IT company founder doesn't wake up with 12% of shares after the third funding round. IP Protection and tough negotiations

He specializes in situations where relations between partners begin to creak. Since 2019, he has helped 23 founders regain decision-making power in the board. He believes that every minute of conversation without a prepared strategy is a loss of 450 PLN net. At Alians Business Diplomacy, he is responsible for making sure that every comma in an investment contract protects the client's wallet, and not just the fund's interest. His method is based on an analysis of 14 key legal risks before entering the negotiation room.

In October 2023, he saved the IP of a small gaming studio from Chorzów when a technology partner tried to take over the rights to the graphics engine.
