How long does it take to prepare an audit report?
The whole process usually takes us 11 business days. During this time, we analyze 12 key company documents, including the statute and contracts with main subcontractors. The final report identifies specific gaps that may threaten your power over the company in the future.
Can the audit price increase during the work?
No. We use fixed project rates to avoid misunderstandings. An IP and share audit costs 3,450 PLN net. This is a hard amount set right at the beginning of cooperation. Honestly, we believe that financial transparency is the only way to build trust.
Are my data and source code safe with you?
Money likes silence, and technology even more. Before the first talk about project details, we sign an NDA. We analyze the legal structure of code ownership, not the business logic of your software itself. Your secrets stay in the tight structure of our files.
Why choose ADB instead of a large law firm?
